* All pricing includes 10 TB of data transfer per month per customer.
* To purchase the following add-ons, just open a support request at help.joyent.com or email support at joyent dot com .
* Additional bandwidth is priced at $0.15 per GB.
* Hardware load balanced Virtual IPs (VIPs) are $100 per accelerator node per month. For example, one VIP in front of 3 accelerators would cost $300 per month.
* Scale consulting services are available at $199 per hour.
* Accelerators come with one public IP address; Accelerators 1GB and larger also have one private IP address. Additional IPs are available at $60 per year with a $50 setup fee.
* Shared NFS/NAS storage is $0.15/GiB/month up to 1 TB, Over 1 TB is $.45/GiB/month. General allowance is up to 100GB per 1GB of accelerator memory.
o 10GB $1.50/month or $15.00/year
o 100GB $15.00/month or $150/year
o 1TB $150/month or $1500/year
o Note: 1/4 GB Accelerators can add up to 10GB local storage; NAS storage is not available on the 1/4 GB plan

Pricing is based on monthly CDN usage commits. We will weigh your usage after each month and place you within the following CDN pricing buckets:
- 50 GB/month CDN Commit: $25/month
- 100 GB/month CDN Commit: $50/month
- 500 GB/month CDN Commit: $250/month
- 1 TB/month CDN Commit: $400/month
- 3 TB/month CDN Commit: $1200/month
- 5 TB/month CDN Commit: $1750/month
- 10 TB/month CDN Commit: $3000/month
- 15 TB/month CDN Commit: $3750/month
- 25 TB/month CDN Commit: $5000/month
- 40 TB/month CDN Commit: $8000/month
- 80 TB/month CDN Commit: $12,000/month

Upgrades and Changes
You can change to a larger or smaller accelerator at any time automatically using my.joyent.com. You can also open a support request at help.joyent.com, or send an email to support@joyent.com.
Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel at any time, with no penalty. Setup fees are never refundable.
If you cancel a monthly account in the middle of a monthly billing cycle, the cancellation will be effective the first of the following month. There is no pro-ration of the monthly fee.
If you opted for one of the discounted yearly plans offered prior to March, 2010 and exited before end of year – your refund will be based on the monthly fee for that plan. For example, if you purchased the $1,250 yearly 1GB plan and decided to cancel after seven months, your account would then be closed out at 7 (months) times $125 (per month) = $875. Your refund would be $375.
